About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative humanistic therapist, with an extensive background in psychology and education, and in the NHS.
As such, I tailor therapy to you as an individual rather than taking a 鈥渙ne size fits all鈥 approach. This means that our work together focuses on you and your needs in any given moment, allowing you the space to be genuinely heard, understood, and accepted.
Regardless of your current difficulty, we will work together to create the conditions for meaningful change, growth, and self-understanding.
As a bilingual therapist, I am able to offer therapy in British Sign Language (BSL) and English, providing accessible therapy for Deaf and hearing clients alike.
Open, natural communication is one of the keys to successful therapy. I aim to create a space where you can express yourself in the language that feels most comfortable for you, whether that is spoken English or BSL.
I have experience supporting people with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, identity issues, sexual abuse, trauma, and life transitions.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, and I see therapy as a space for us to work together towards your goals.
