About me and my therapy practice

You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low or stuck. Perhaps you're facing a difficult life event, struggling in a relationship, carrying a loss, or finding that your emotions feel bigger or harder to manage than you would like. You may be noticing familiar patterns repeating themselves, or you may simply know that something doesn't feel right.

Counselling offers an opportunity to pause, reflect and make sense of what is happening. Together, we can explore whatever is bringing you here, helping you to better understand yourself, your experiences and what you need moving forward.

As an integrative counsellor, I draw on different approaches depending on your needs and what feels most helpful for you. No two people are the same, so I believe therapy should reflect that. Above all, I aim to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, without judgement or pressure.

I work with a range of difficulties including anxiety, overwhelm, low mood, grief, relationship challenges and life transitions. Some clients come to counselling because they are aware that earlier experiences continue to affect them in the present. Others simply know they are struggling but cannot yet put into words why they feel the way they do. Where helpful, we may explore recurring patterns, different parts of yourself, or use imagery to deepen understanding and support change.

It is important to me that my clients know they are the experts in their own lives. I work alongside you with curiosity and compassion, helping you develop insight, strengthen self-awareness and find ways forward that feel meaningful and sustainable.

I am happy to talk through your situation and answer any questions you may have before we decide whether working together feels right for you.
