About me and my therapy practice
I am a ÌÇÐĹÙÍø accredited Integrative counsellor with years of experience helping individuals, families, children and young people to navigate life's challenges. I specialize in a wide range of areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity and relationship issues.
At times we can often feel confused, stressed, stuck, lost and exhausted, which in turn can make us feel overwhelmed. I can offer you a relaxed safe, calm and non judgmental space for you to have your counselling sessions. I believe as an Integrative Counsellor there is more than one approach that can help you in all situations.
As a counsellor, I will consider your circumstances and tailor make your sessions to adapt to your needs, using a wide range of different approaches to help you explore what's going on for you and how you might work with different coping mechanisms to support your journey moving forward.
I promote healing, wholeness and self- acceptance, with a focus on working through what might be limiting you moving forward. I will work alongside you to help support and explore positive pathways, developing greater self -compassion and strategies to help you thrive.

I offer counselling supervision from an integrative perspective, providing a safe, collaborative, and reflective space that supports ethical and effective practice. My approach is underpinned by the principles and ethical framework of the ÌÇÐĹÙÍø, recognising supervision as an essential process for maintaining professional standards, enhancing client care,and supporting practitioner wellbeing. Working with counsellors/trainee counsellors and supervisors at all stage's of their professional journey. I encourage reflective practice, critical thinking, and the exploration of clinical work, ethical dilemmas, diversity and self- awareness. The supervision is tailored to your needs, promoting both professional development and confidence while fostering a supportive relationship that enables you to work safely, competently and with integrity in the best interests of your clients, alongside ensuring your own self-care.
About me and my therapy practice
I primarily work using the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision, which offers a comprehensive framework for exploring client work, the therapeutic relationship, the supervisee’s internal process, and the wider organisational and systemic influences. However, I recognise that every supervisee has unique learning styles, experiences, and professional needs. For this reason, I draw on a range of supervision models and adapt my approach to ensure that supervision remains responsive, meaningful, and relevant to your practice.
Supervision is a reflective and supportive process that encourages curiosity, ethical awareness, critical thinking, and professional development. Alongside exploring clinical work and ethical considerations, I provide a space to recognise strengths, build confidence, and consider the impact of the work on both the practitioner and their clients.
I offer:
* Individual supervision
* Group supervision
* Paired supervision sessions
Sessions are available either online or face to face, providing flexibility to meet your preferences and circumstances. Whether you are a trainee counsellor, newly qualified practitioner, or an experienced professional, supervision is tailored to support your ongoing learning, maintain safe and ethical practice, and promote your wellbeing throughout your professional journey.

My first session
I understand that choosing the right supervisor is an important decision. The supervisory relationship is built on trust, openness, and mutual respect, so it is essential that you feel comfortable and confident in your choice. To support this, I offer a complimentary 30-minute introductory meeting, either online or face to face. This informal session provides an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss your supervision needs, ask any questions you may have, and explore how we might work together. It also gives you the space to decide whether my approach and style of supervision feel like the right fit for your professional development and ongoing practice, with no obligation to continue.
