About me and my therapy practice
I offer counselling for anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, trauma, and relationship or family difficulties. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, we can work together to better understand what’s going on and find a way through that feels right for you.
In our sessions, we’ll explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, confidential space. Together, we can identify patterns, clarify what you want to change, and set realistic, meaningful goals—helping you build confidence, resilience, and a greater sense of balance in your life.
I am committed to creating a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental environment where you can speak openly at your own pace. I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences, and aim to provide an inclusive and respectful space for everyone.
Practice description
I am a compassionate and dedicated counsellor, offering support to individuals facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. If you’re struggling with difficult thoughts or feelings, I provide a space where you can begin to make sense of what’s happening and feel more in control.
Through exploring your thoughts and emotions together, we can develop a deeper self-awareness and understanding of your experiences. My aim is to help you feel empowered to make meaningful changes, build resilience, and find a greater sense of peace with yourself and your situation.
I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, anger, phobias, and family or relationship difficulties. I welcome people with a wide range of concerns, whether something feels clearly defined or harder to put into words.
I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can speak openly, away from the pressures of everyday life. We will work at your pace, giving you the freedom to explore whatever feels important, helping you gain clarity and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
My first session
You’re welcome to get in touch for a free, no-obligation 15-minute call. This is a relaxed opportunity to ask any questions, talk through what’s bringing you to counselling, and see whether working together feels like the right next step for you.
Sessions last 50 minutes and are available face-to-face, online, or by phone. I offer both weekly and fortnightly appointments, depending on what suits your needs. We can discuss your preferences during our initial call, so you feel comfortable with how the process works.
If you decide to go ahead, we’ll arrange your first session and complete a brief assessment together to help guide our work.
I offer open-ended therapy, meaning we can continue for as long as you find it helpful. Our sessions will provide space to explore your thoughts and feelings in depth, helping you gain clarity, understanding, and a way forward that feels right for you..
