About me and my therapy practice
At times, life can feel overwhelming, and it can be difficult to make sense of what you are thinking, feeling or experiencing.
Painful experiences and unresolved memories can affect how we see ourselves, relate to others and navigate everyday life. They can leave us feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck or unsure of how to move forward.
You may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, the impact of past experience, relationship difficulties, or recurring thought or behavioural patterns that make you feel trapped.
Whatever has brought you here, you do not have to face it alone.
I am an experienced trauma therapist specialising in complex trauma, childhood trauma, abuse, anxiety and depression. I also support clients experiencing relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, addiction and grief. I am also experienced in workplace and student counselling a
I have over 25 years experience working in business and charitable organisations and have a comprehensive understanding of the pressures that can lead people to burnout.
I offer sessions in person and online, with appointments available on weekdays, evenings and weekends.
Practice description
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs. I believe that every person's experiences are unique, so I tailor my approach to suit you as an individual, recognising that what is helpful for one person may not be right for another.
Therapy offers a space to explore your experiences with support and compassion. Together, we can make sense of thoughts, feelings and behaviours and explore your ways of coping that may no longer be serving you. Through this process, you can cultivate greater self-awareness and self-compassion, creating the possibility for healing, growth and meaningful change.
My first session
An important part of this initial session is deciding whether we are a good fit to work together. Feeling safe, comfortable and able to talk openly with your therapist is an important foundation for effective therapy, and the first session gives us both the opportunity to see whether we feel comfortable working together.
If we decide to continue working together, we will agree on regular sessions.
As our work progresses, we will regularly check in about how you are experiencing therapy, whether it is supporting you in the ways you had hoped, and whether there is anything you would like to focus on differently as our work evolves.
If you would like to arrange an initial conversation or find out more, please get in touch.

About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I'm an experienced trauma therapist working with adults who are struggling with the impact of difficult life experiences, both past and present.
I specialise in complex trauma, childhood trauma, abuse, anxiety, and depression. Many of the people I work with experience symptoms such as flashbacks, dissociation, intrusive thoughts, body memories, emotional overwhelm, or a persistent sense that something doesn't feel quite right. Trauma can affect every aspect of life, including relationships, self-esteem, work, and overall wellbeing, often long after the original events have passed.
I understand that seeking therapy can feel daunting, especially when trust has been affected by past experiences. My aim is to provide a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported at your own pace. Together, we can explore the difficulties you are facing, make sense of your experiences, and work towards healing and lasting change.
Alongside trauma work, I support clients experiencing relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, addiction, grief and loss, workplace stress, burnout, and life transitions. I also have extensive experience providing workplace and student counselling, helping people manage the pressures and challenges that can arise in professional and academic settings.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I believe that healing is possible, and that therapy can help you reconnect with your strengths, develop greater self-understanding, and build a more fulfilling life.
I offer sessions in person and online, with appointments available on weekdays, evenings and weekends.
If you would like to arrange an initial conversation or find out more, please get in touch.
Practice description
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to support your individual needs. I recognise that every person's experiences, challenges, and strengths are unique, which is why I tailor therapy to suit you as an individual. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with you to find what feels most helpful and meaningful for your situation.
Therapy can provide a safe and supportive space to explore your experiences, thoughts, feelings, and relationships with curiosity and compassion. Together, we can make sense of patterns that may have developed over time, including coping strategies that once helped you manage difficult experiences but may no longer be serving you in the way you need.
Through this process, you can develop greater self-awareness, self-understanding, and self-compassion. My aim is to help you feel more connected to yourself, strengthen your emotional resilience, and create the opportunity for healing, growth, and lasting change.
