Hello, I’m Jacqueline, an integrative counsellor. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, and life challenges, both in-person in Tooting and Earlsfield and online across the UK.
I offer sessions face-to-face in Tooting and Earlsfield, as well as online or via telephone. Sessions are 50 minutes long and usually take place weekly, at the same time and day where possible.
I also offer a free 20-minute telephone consultation. This is an opportunity for us to explore what has brought you to counselling and whether we feel like a good fit to work together.
I aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours during working days. Please contact me at

About me and my therapy practice
Life can feel stressful and challenging at times, and counselling can help you navigate some of the difficulties you are facing.
I offer a safe, empathic, and non-judgemental environment where you can talk openly about what has brought you to counselling. As an integrative counsellor, I recognise that everyone is unique, and I tailor my approach to suit your individual needs.
We will work collaboratively towards greater self-understanding, emotional comfort, and a stronger sense of personal wellbeing. My approach is client-led, and I aim to create a space where you feel safe to explore whatever is important to you.
I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy, with regular reviews to reflect on your progress.

My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and see whether we feel a good fit working together.
Before we begin, I will carry out an initial assessment to gather some background information. This helps us use our time effectively.
In the first session, we will:
Explore what has brought you to therapy and why now
Discuss your current challenges and goals
Talk through how I work and your expectations
Answer any questions you may have
There is no pressure to share everything straight away—you are welcome to go at your own pace.
The first session is charged at the same rate as ongoing sessions. Following this, you can decide whether you would like to continue.
In addition I do offer a free 20 minute consultation if you feel this may be helpful to you.
