About me and my therapy practice
I am a humanistic counsellor offering a warm, collaborative and compassionate space where you can explore life’s challenges at your own pace. I believe therapy is not only about finding relief from difficult experiences, but also about developing a deeper understanding of yourself and supporting you to make meaningful changes in your life.
Alongside talking therapy, I may integrate somatic exercises, reflective writing and creative approaches where these feel helpful and appropriate to your therapeutic process. I have a particular interest in grounding practices and helping people reconnect with themselves both within and beyond the therapy room.
Practice description
My areas of interest include anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout and attachment. I often begin with an initial 6–8 sessions, providing an opportunity to focus on your goals while regularly reflecting on your progress and your experience of the therapeutic process.
My practice welcomes people from all cultural, religious and spiritual backgrounds and is inclusive of LGBTQIA+ clients.
Starting therapy can feel like a significant step, and finding the right therapist is an important part of that process. If you feel my approach resonates with you, I would be pleased to hear from you.
