I work with individuals, couples, and organisations, offering counselling, psychotherapy, couples counselling, and mediation services.
I am available throughout the week, with some evening appointments also available.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist with a Master’s degree, specialising in attachment-based therapy for adults, adolescents, young people, and couples.
I support clients in exploring how early life experiences and relationship patterns influence their emotions, behaviours, and mental health in the present, including how these dynamics show up within intimate relationships.
I work across both school and private practice settings, providing counselling and psychotherapy for adolescents within educational environments, alongside offering confidential one-to-one therapy for adults and young people, as well as couples counselling,
In addition to my clinical work, I deliver mental health workshops and wellbeing talks for schools, organisations, and teams. These sessions focus on topics such as emotional wellbeing, resilience, attachment, relationships, and improving mental health awareness.
Practice description
My approach to counselling and psychotherapy is grounded in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a deep respect for each individual’s and couple’s unique experiences.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including attachment-based therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and person-centred therapy. This allows me to tailor my work to suit the needs of individuals and couples, supporting both personal development and healthier relationship dynamics.
I support individuals and couples with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, grief and loss, relationship and communication difficulties, identity and self-esteem issues, life transitions, and cultural challenges.

I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, strengthen understanding within yourself and your relationships, and work towards meaningful personal growth and lasting emotional wellbeing.
