I hold face-to-face sessions at The Cedar Tree in Branston on a Wednesday. The Cedar Tree is easily accessible from the A38, and is ideal for anyone living in Burton or the surrounding areas.
Face-to-face sessions cost £65 for each 50 minute session.
Alternatively, join me from the comfort of your own home: I offer online sessions every weekday, excluding Friday.
Online sessions cost £60 for each 50 minute session.
And finally, if being in nature is more your thing, I also offer Outdoor Therapy, combining the healing powers of being out in nature with the benefits of walking and talking. Sessions cost £60 for a 50 minute session.
I offer a bundle of 6 sessions for £350&²Ô²ú²õ±è;(less than £60 per session) for face-to-face sessions or £325 (less than £55 per session) for online or outdoor therapy sessions. This gives you chance to really settle in and start seeing the benefits over time, without the stress of paying week by week.
About me and my therapy practice
I am passionate about helping people grow in self-esteem and reach their true potential.
I especially help people navigate bereavement, and all the other losses that can often come with it. This might be a loss of how we see ourselves, how we see the people and relationships around us or how we see the world, or it might be something unique to you.
I help clients find ways to carry their grief so that it feels that little bit less heavy, both by exploring their own unique experience of grief, but also by offering models and common experiences that make them feel less alone.
I believe that each person is unique, and therefore tailor my practice to suit the needs of the individual.
Practice description
My biggest aim is to establish a therapeutic relationship filled with warmth and curiosity and free from judgement, and to provide a trustworthy and secure safe space in which you can feel truly seen and heard.
Although I am not here to give advice or "fix things", I find it an absolute gift to be able to walk alongside clients and support them as they navigate life's challenges, offering insight and different perspectives along the way.
"Jules immediately put me at ease with her empathetic nature and clear understanding of the grieving process.. I cannot speak highly enough of Jules and her ability as a counsellor." CLIENT
"Jules is truly wonderful. She is warm, friendly and easy to talk to, which makes opening up feel natural. Her compassion really helps to create a safe, supportive space." CLIENT
"Having been cautious about having counselling, Jules has been an incredible listener, gaining my trust and confidence immediately." CLIENT
My first session
It is really important to get a counsellor who is the best fit for you, as I believe that a therapeutic relationship full of warmth and trust is the most important thing that I can offer.
I therefore offer a FREE initial call, for you to decide if I am this person for you. This will last up to 15 minutes.
After that, we shall have an initial consultation lasting up to 50 minutes, where we will discuss in more detail what brings you to counselling and what you'd like to get out of our work together. This will cost £65 (or £60 if online).
