About me and my therapy practice
Have you experienced painful relationships that left you feeling hurt, anxious, disconnected, or alone?
Do you find yourself caught in emotional ups and downs, struggling with difficult feelings, or simply needing a safe space to talk?

I support individuals navigating the impact of relational trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.
As an integrative therapist, my work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and informed by somatic and trauma-informed approaches.
Alongside counselling experience in NHS and private practice settings, I bring over 17 years of NHS nursing experience supporting individuals through trauma, chronic illness, cancer, loss, anxiety, depression, and emotional distress.
You are welcome just as you are and will be met with deep respect for your pace, your story, and your inner strength.

At the heart of my work is a belief in your innate capacity for healing and growth. My approach is engaged and grounded in a deep understanding of how trauma impacts us and our relationships.
I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can begin to feel safe enough to explore what’s difficult and tender.
We will work together to enhance self-awareness, nurture self-compassion, and develop a stronger sense of self.
Together, we will explore the emotional patterns that shape your inner world — and how past experiences may have impacted your sense of self and your relationships.
My aim is to support an inner transformation — helping you move toward deeper self-awareness, self-compassion, and emotional resilience.
My first session
The first session itself is a gentle space for you to share what brings you to counselling, your hopes, and anything important from your story. This is also a chance for both of us to get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit, with no expectation to continue unless it feels right for you.
Above all, my goal is to create a respectful, trusting, and attuned therapeutic space for you.
