About me and my therapy practice

Are your relationships a source of confusion rather than connection? Do you regularly feel as if you're never quite understood?

Family Conflict & Estrangement

I specialise in working with people who are navigating family conflict and estrangement.

My approach is deeply sensitive and non-judgemental. This is a complex issue that frequently involves painful feelings, of abandonment, anger or resentment, loss and grief, or shame.

In my practice I work with both individuals, and family pairs, or dyads. When I work with pairs or dyads my role is to work with both of you, to help facilitate mutual understanding and explore whether there’s a way to repair or move forward together. I don’t take sides.

Relationships

I work with people who are struggling with all kinds of relationships – partners, family members, including adult children, or friendships.

I help people understand their relational patterns, express their needs more clearly, and build healthier ways of connecting. Most people find that something shifts, not just in their understanding, but in how they show up in their relationships.

I have a particular interest, lived experience, and specialist training in working with neurodivergent and intercultural relationships. I understand the unique pressures you face are often invisible to the people around you

Neurodivergence - ADHD, AuDHD & Autism

I work with neurodivergent clients who are dealing with issues around self-identity, relationships, rejection sensitivity, study or work environments, paralysing perfectionism, and executive function difficulties – often a mixture of some or all of these. I also recognise you are more likely to be carrying relational trauma from school or childhood experiences that significantly impact your daily life.

As a neurodivergent therapist I have a particular affinity with neurodivergent clients. I take a firmly non-pathologising and ND affirmative approach, and all aspects of my practice are adapted for neurodivergent inclusivity.

Practice description

As an experienced relational psychotherapist and coach, your story matters to me, and it's important that you feel able to bring all of yourself to therapy, without fear of judgement or misunderstanding. I believe real change happens when you are both seen and heard, and supported to make that change.

My therapeutic style is warm and collaborative. I don't just listen and nod; I'll engage with what you bring and challenge it with sensitivity, helping you become aware of patterns or blocks that may be holding you back.

Clients tell me I reach places other therapists haven't. That doesn't happen by accident. It comes from genuine curiosity, a willingness to be direct, and a lot of experience, both professional and lived.

I work by drawing on systemic, psychodynamic and attachment approaches, which means I'm interested in how you came to be who you are, how your past is still showing up in your present, and what's quietly keeping you stuck.

I have a 20-year background in somatic work and draw on this, alongside creative practices where they fit, because thinking your way through everything only gets you so far. I blend therapy with coaching to help you turn that awareness into real, practical change.

Nothing here is off the shelf. How we work is shaped around you, and if you're neurodivergent, that's built in from the start.

Sometimes it may be uncomfortable, but I'll always be in your corner.

I hold a Level 7 Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy. I am a certified Strategic Life Coach and have PQ training in Relationship and Couples Therapy, Family Constellations, and ADHD and Neurodiversity. I also hold an LLB (Law) from The London School of Economics.

I am a member of the Universal Coaching Alliance, the Association for Coaching, and the ÌÇÐĹÙÍø Coaching Division.
