About me and my therapy practice
Welcome, I'm Tricia.
I offer Individual and Couples counselling via video or phone for clients across the UK and abroad.
My counselling sessions provide a safe, supportive space where you can pause, reflect, and work through the thoughts weighing on your mind. I understand that building trust takes time, so we will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you. As your counsellor, I am empathetic and non-judgmental, ready to meet you wherever you are emotionally and mentally. In our sessions, there is nothing that cannot be spoken about.
I believe in each person’s inner wisdom and their ability to guide their own journey. Together, we will explore your thoughts and feelings in a way that empowers you to find your own path forward.
I work with adults of all ages, addressing issues such as work-related stress, relationship challenges, childhood trauma, anxiety, grief, retirement, and major life transitions. I am passionate about making counselling accessible, and my online services allow me to connect with clients who may find in-person sessions difficult.
As an active member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (ÌÇÐĹÙÍø) and the Black, African and Asian Therapy Network (BAATN), I adhere to strict ethical guidelines and continually enhance my skills through ongoing professional development.
My goal is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, explore how your past may be shaping your present, and support you in moving toward personal fulfillment.

I look forward to connecting with you.

About me and my therapy practice
Welcome, I'm Tricia
I offer Couples and Relationship therapy, online, for clients in UK and abroad.
Relationships can be deeply meaningful, but they can also become a source of stress, disconnection, and emotional pain — particularly during periods of change, loss, or transition.
I offer relationship therapy for people who want to better understand not only the challenges within their relationships, but also the deeper emotional patterns that may be shaping the way they relate to one another.
I understand that beginning relationship therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when tensions are high or communication has broken down. I aim to provide a calm, thoughtful, and compassionate environment where difficult conversations can take place safely and respectfully. We will work at a pace that feels manageable for everyone involved, with the relationship itself remaining at the center of the work.

I look forward to connecting with you.
Practice description
My approach to relationship therapy goes beyond communication techniques or conflict resolution alone. While improving communication can be an important part of the work, I believe lasting change often comes from developing a deeper understanding of the emotional and psychological dynamics underneath the relationship. Together, we will explore how past experiences, family dynamics, attachment patterns, and life transitions may be influencing the ways you connect, respond, and relate to each other today.
All types of Relationships
Relationship therapy is not just for romantic couples. I also work with other significant relationships, including parent and adult child relationships, siblings, friendships, co-parenting relationships, and non-traditional or non-monogamous partnerships. My practice offers a supportive and non-judgmental space where all individuals can feel heard and understood.
Specialization
Relationship therapy can be especially valuable during difficult life events that place emotional pressure on individuals, couples, and families. I support clients navigating experiences such as:
• Separation and learning to co-parent after divorce
• Caring for ageing parents
• Grief and bereavement within relationships
• Fertility challenges and fertility treatment
• Pregnancy loss, early termination, or the loss of a child
• Adoption and surrogacy journeys
• Retirement, empty nest transitions, and identity changes
• Major life transitions and family change
These experiences can bring complex emotions to the surface and often impact the way we relate to those closest to us. In therapy, we create space to better understand these emotional responses, strengthen connection, and work toward more compassionate and emotionally attuned relationships.
