Availability

My availability is quite flexible. I work with my private practice and as a student mentor. I offer between 9am-9pm Monday-Friday, but some slots are filled, so just drop a message to see where I can fit you in!

About me and my therapy practice

I’m Robbie, a qualified psychotherapist based in London. I work particularly with people in their 20s and 30s, as well as adults of all ages, across a wide range of issues such as trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, OCD and more. Many of the people I see want to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface and find a steadier, more grounded way forward.

My approach combines emotional depth with practical change. Together, we look at patterns, beliefs, and coping strategies that may once have helped you get through difficult times, but now feel limiting or exhausting. From there, we work towards helping you feel more connected, less stuck, and more able to live in a way that feels true to you.

Sessions are collaborative and flexible. Sometimes reflective, sometimes practical, and sometimes gently challenging. I adapt to what you bring, while keeping a clear focus on growth and forward movement.

Alongside my private practice, I work in a specialist mental health role supporting university students, which helps keep my work grounded in the real pressures people face today.

I offer a free introductory call, with no pressure or obligation, just a chance to talk and see if working together feels like a good fit.

Practice description

Whether you’re looking for short-term support or long-term therapy, we’ll start by discussing your goals and figuring out the best path forward. And don’t worry, therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all experience. The most important thing is about finding what works for you, at your pace.

Sessions are £70. However, if you are a key worker, student, low income or a trainee counsellor I offer concession rates at £60.

My first session

I offer a free initial 15-30 minute consultation either on the phone or zoom where we can discuss your expectations from therapy and how it can support you in achieving your goals.

If you decide that I am the right therapist for you, we can book in the first session.

Sessions are 50 minutes long. However I can offer longer sessions but this will affect price. For example, a 90 minute session would be £110.
