Availability
I currently have limited availability for new coaching clients and aim to work with a small number of people to ensure depth and continuity in the work. Please feel free to enquire about current availability.
I typically offer sessions on weekdays, with appointments available across mornings and afternoons. Some flexibility may be possible depending on circumstances.
My practice is primarily online, which allows for flexibility and accessibility across different locations.
In line with my broader portfolio of work, availability may vary at different points in the year. I usually take planned breaks during August and over the Christmas period, with reduced availability at these times. I will always give as much notice as possible in advance and aim to plan continuity with existing clients.
If I am fully booked at the time of your enquiry, I am happy to offer a waiting list or discuss future availability.
Please contact me to discuss current availability and preferred session times.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a Chartered Coaching Psychologist (BPS) and Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC Global), as well as a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and ÌÇÐĹÙÍø Coaching Division. I am also a therapist and HCPC registered Educational Psychologist, with over 30 years’ experience across public, private, and third sector settings.
I work with thoughtful, capable individuals who are often navigating change, pressure, or a sense that something in their life or work needs to shift. Many of my clients are high-achieving but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their next step.
My approach integrates coaching psychology with therapeutic understanding. This means we focus not only on goals and outcomes, but also on the patterns, values, and pressures shaping your decisions. The work is both reflective and forward-moving, supporting clarity alongside meaningful action.
Clients describe me as warm, grounded, and easy to talk to, while also offering thoughtful challenge. I work collaboratively and see coaching as a partnership between equals, where you can think clearly, explore openly, and develop a way forward that feels aligned and sustainable.
My experience includes working with leaders, creatives, and professionals navigating complexity, transition, and growth. I remain committed to ongoing professional development and supervision, and I work within the ethical frameworks of the ÌÇÐĹÙÍø, BPS, EMCC, and ICF.
Practice description
A space to think well, move forward, and remember yourself again.
I work with thoughtful, capable individuals who are navigating change, pressure, or a sense that something in their life or work needs to shift. Many of my clients are high-achieving but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their next step.
As a Chartered Coaching Psychologist, I work with you as a whole person, not just the problem you bring. While we may begin with a specific dilemma or goal, the work often extends more broadly, supporting deeper and more sustainable change across different areas of your life.

My first session
Sessions are typically 60–90 minutes.
The first session is an opportunity for us to explore what has brought you to coaching and whether working together feels like a good fit. There is no expectation to commit beyond this initial meeting.
In this session, we will begin to clarify what you would like to be different and how you will recognise progress. We will also agree how we will work together, including expectations, boundaries, and the practical structure of our sessions.
Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. Alongside developing insight and self-awareness, we will identify goals and consider the steps needed to move towards them. I may offer models, frameworks, or reflective exercises where helpful, and will check in regularly to ensure the work remains relevant and useful to you.
I work in an engaged and collaborative way. I will listen carefully and support you to explore your thinking, patterns, and options. Rather than offering answers, my role is to help you think clearly and make decisions that feel right for you. Where appropriate, I may share observations or perspectives if this would support your progress.
I offer a flexible ‘pay as you go’ arrangement, with sessions paid for individually in advance. Many clients initially work with me for a series of 6–12 sessions, often starting weekly and then moving to fortnightly or monthly sessions. Others choose to return for individual sessions as needed.
My standard fee is £150 per session. I maintain a limited number of reduced-fee spaces as part of my commitment to accessibility.
Throughout our work, I aim to provide a confidential, respectful, and non-judgemental space where you can think openly and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer supervision that is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in psychological understanding. My approach integrates coaching psychology, psychotherapy, and established supervision models to support both reflective depth and professional development.
I am a Chartered Coaching Psychologist and Chartered Educational Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS), and a Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). I bring over 30 years’ experience, including supervising individuals and groups across a range of settings.
I work with practitioners who want space to think carefully about their work, not only to reflect on client material, but to develop their professional identity, judgement, and confidence. This includes attention to the therapeutic relationship, ethical decision-making, and the wider context of practice.
Supervision with me is active and engaged. Alongside reflective dialogue, I use psychological formulation to support understanding of complex client dynamics and patterns. I also draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), particularly in relation to managing uncertainty and staying aligned with your values as a practitioner.
I aim to balance support with appropriate challenge. This is a space to bring uncertainty, think openly, and deepen your practice, while also being stretched in your thinking. Where relevant, we attend to the impact of the work on you, including emotional load, boundaries, and sustainability.
I offer individual supervision for practitioners at different stages of their career.
Practice description
My supervision practice offers a reflective, supportive, and professionally focused space where you can think clearly about your work and your development as a practitioner.
I work with counsellors, therapists, coaches, and psychologists across different stages of their career. Supervision is tailored to your needs and may include case discussion, ethical reflection, development of therapeutic skills, and consideration of the wider context in which you are working.
I have extensive experience supervising both experienced practitioners and those in training, and I value supporting practitioners at all stages of their career.
I offer a reduced fee for trainees and early career practitioners as part of this commitment.
Sessions are collaborative and active. You can expect a balance of careful listening, thoughtful reflection, and appropriate challenge. I aim to support you to make sense of your client work, recognise patterns, and develop confidence in your clinical judgement and decision-making.
Alongside case material, there is space to consider the impact of the work on you, including emotional load, boundaries, and sustainability. Where helpful, I bring psychological formulation and structured thinking to support clarity and depth of understanding.
I work primarily online, offering flexibility and accessibility. Sessions are typically arranged on a regular basis, although frequency can be discussed depending on your practice and requirements.
My aim is to provide a supervision space that is safe, respectful, and professionally robust, supporting both your clients’ wellbeing and your ongoing growth as a practitioner.
My first session
The first supervision session is an opportunity for us to explore whether working together feels like a good fit. There is no expectation to commit beyond this initial meeting.
Before the session, I may invite you to share some brief information about your current practice, including the context you are working in, the client groups you support, and what you are hoping to gain from supervision.
In the session itself, we will discuss your work, your experience to date, and any particular areas you would like to focus on. This may include current client material, professional development goals, or questions about your practice.
I will also outline how I work as a supervisor, including my approach and expectations, and there will be space for you to ask any questions. We will consider practical arrangements such as session frequency and how supervision will support your professional and ethical requirements.
Some practitioners find it helpful to begin reflecting on client work straight away, while others prefer to use this session to think more broadly about their practice. We will work at a pace that feels appropriate for you.
At the end of the session, you can take time to decide whether you would like to continue. If we agree to work together, we will arrange ongoing supervision in a way that supports your needs.
