About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to my practice.
I work with adults who are neurodivergent, or exploring ADHD or autism later in life. Together, we can make sense of sensory needs, emotional patterns, relationships and everyday challenges in an accepting, collaborative space.
I also support people navigating migration, cross-cultural identity, parenting, belonging, relationship difficulties and major life transitions.
Practice description
I have extensive experience supporting French-speaking and multicultural clients who are navigating culture shock, isolation, stress or the challenge of rebuilding a sense of identity while living abroad.
Having lived in different countries myself, I understand how language, culture and family expectations can shape who we are and how we connect with others.
My first session
Our first session lasts 60 minutes and is charged at the usual session rate. It gives us time to explore what has brought you to therapy, what you hope to gain and how we might work together.
There is nothing to prepare, just come as you are.
