About me and my therapy practice

Hi, thank you for being here. I know it can be really hard to reach out for support. I am a committed and compassionate qualified integrative therapist, with a specialism in Sexual Abuse, Domestic Abuse and Trauma, rooted in person-centered foundations.

If you are reading this and have experienced any of the above, you might be feeling overwhelmed, confused, stuck, or unsure of where to turn. Whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to face it alone.

I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly at your own pace about anything you may be finding challenging.

I also support people who have experienced sexual abuse, domestic abuse, and trauma, and I understand how these experiences can affect how you feel about yourself and others. I have a genuine passion towards helping others navigate their own paths towards fostering resilience, emotional healing and personal growth.

My approach is evidence-based and compassionate, and most importantly led by you. We’ll go at a pace that feels safe, focusing on what matters most to you. Whether you want to make sense of your experiences, find new ways to cope, or simply feel heard and understood, I’m here to walk alongside you.

As well as my work in Sexual Abuse and Trauma. I can also offer support with Anxiety, Depression, Confidence and Self-esteem.

If you feel ready, you’re very welcome to reach out.

Practice description

I have a Masters in Counselling and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Working Therapeutically with Children and Young People.

I have been working with abuse survivors who have experienced different forms of abuse, both past and present, including experience working within a Rape and Sexual Abuse organisation and addiction services and have worked across many settings offering this support.

My first session

Our first session is a safe, relaxed place for you to become comfortable in our therapeutic space. Within this session we will go through the contract and a brief assessment to understand what you would like to get from therapy, and how best we can achieve this together.
