I will share my current availability when we connect in the first instance. I always aim to respond to enquiries within two working days, but may take longer during holidays or breaks.
About me and my therapy practice
A weekly anchor for grounded exploration.
If you're feeling stuck, anxious or overwhelmed by questions - about who you are, how you relate to the world, or what you want next - you are not alone, and you don't have to navigate this by yourself.
As a counsellor and psychotherapist, I can help you make space for:
- Emotional clarity in the midst of uncertainty
- Reflection and reconnection - with your identity, your values, your relationship with yourself and others
- Making the positive changes you've been wanting to make
I offer a warm, affirming space where uncertainty isn't something to "fix", but an opportunity to explore. Whether you're wanting to unpack the layers of your identity or feelings of otherness, going through a major life change, or simply seeking stillness in a noisy world, we'll work together to make sense of everything - at your pace, and in a way which truly works for you.
How can I help you?
Searching for the right therapist feel daunting - there is so much choice! I know asking for help can feel challenging, but it is a powerful action towards more clarity, peace, and fulfilment. Together, we'll create a safe space for you to explore and untangle the threads of your life story, uncovering the hidden patterns that are influencing you today.
I'll be your trusted guide in this collaborative process, supporting you to overcome challenges, find purpose and meaning, and embrace the changes you've been wanting to make.
I'm an integrative relational therapist, with psychodynamic and existential foundations - this means we will:
- Explore what is happening for you today, paying attention to your unique journey in life, unconscious patterns, attachment styles, defence mechanisms and more.
- Look to the past and how this has shaped you, your relationships, and how you view yourself.
- Strengthen your inner therapist tools, giving you more confidence to work through life's challenges.
- Work to your individuality with different approaches, such as creative activities or breathwork.

My first session
Getting started
You will probably have lots of questions, and want to figure out if I would be a good fit for what you are looking for right now.
We would first meet for an initial 50-minute session to talk through your needs and goals together and explore what it would look like to start working together. This will give us a good amount of time to connect - there are no commitments at this stage, and I know how important it is to find the best therapist for you.
If you would like to start working together, we would then meet at the same time and day each week for 50 minutes. We'll regularly check in with how you're finding the sessions and whether there is anything you feel we've missed that you'd like to be working on, to make sure you're getting the most from the work.
Investment
Initial sessions: A reduced rate of £45
Weekly sessions thereafter: £60
If you have any questions about the cost of sessions, we can chat about this in our initial session - I occasionally have reduced-fee slots available for people on lower incomes.
Number of sessions
This is completely up to you! I generally work on a long-term and open-ended basis, but you might prefer to work short-term or start with a set number of sessions and go from there. If that's the case, I would usually recommend starting with 6 sessions to allow the therapeutic relationship some time to develop.
What I can help with
ADD / ADHD, Anxiety, Autism spectrum, Bereavement, Body/somatic therapy, Cancer, Chronic fatigue syndrome / ME, Cultural issues, Depression, Disability, Health related issues, Identity issues, LGBTQ+ counselling, Loss, Neurodiversity, Personal development, Redundancy, Relationships, Self esteem, Sex-related issues, Sexual identity, Sexuality, Stress, Trauma, Women's issues, Work related issues

Investment
- Initial sessions: A reduced rate of £45
- Weekly sessions thereafter: £60
If you have any questions about the cost of sessions, we can chat about this in our initial session - I occasionally have reduced-fee slots available for people on lower incomes.
Number of sessions
This is completely up to you! I generally work on a long-term and open-ended basis, but you might prefer to work short-term or start with a set number of sessions and go from there. If that's the case, I would usually recommend starting with 6 sessions to allow the therapeutic relationship some time to develop.
