About me and my therapy practice

Hello, I'm Bettina, welcome to Mind Solution Therapy. Do you feel like your worrying and overthinking are starting to impact your wellbeing? Are you noticing that things from your past are still impacting your life today? Do you need a safe and calm space to talk openly about what’s been on your mind—whether it’s emotional challenges, relationship or family issues, or simply feeling stuck? I’m here to help you make sense of your thoughts and feelings.

How I Work

I work with the whole person—mind and body—integrating creative approaches alongside traditional talking therapy. My aim is to help you reconnect with yourself, understand your inner world, and move forward with more confidence and awareness. My work is guided by a simple understanding: the mind and body are deeply connected, and that trauma and emotional pain are often held within the body.

My approach is primarily Person-Centred, complemented by CBT and mindfulness techniques, tailored to your unique needs and pace.

What You Can Expect

If you’re curious about how therapy might help, feel free to reach out. Therapy can be short‑term or long‑term, and you’re welcome to meet with me online or in person. I also provide a free phone consultation so we can get a sense of what feels right for you.

Therapy with me can help you:

Heal from trauma

Identify and shift unhelpful patterns

Strengthen your sense of self

Build healthier relationships

Learning to regulate overwhelming emotions

Understanding triggers and building coping strategies

Reconnecting with your values, needs, and boundaries

Developing self‑compassion and reducing self‑criticism

Navigating life transitions

Managing stress and burnout

Improving communication and conflict resolution

Rebuilding trust in yourself and others

Areas of Experience-I have experience supporting individuals with:
