About me and my therapy practice

I am a Psychotherapist specialising in sibling abuse, domestic abuse and relational trauma. I work with adults and young people who have experienced emotional, psychological, physical or coercive abuse within family and intimate relationships.

My approach is trauma informed, collaborative and grounded in the belief that healing happens through safety, understanding and connection. I draw from integrative therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's needs helping to process trauma, strengthen boundaries and understand relational patterns to move towards a greater confidence and emotional freedom.

Sibling abuse and family abuse is often minimised or misunderstood, leaving many people carrying shame, confusion, anxiety or unresolved trauma. I recognise the profound impact that abusive family dynamics can have on identity, attachment, boundaries and mental health.

Practice description

I offer a safe, confidential space where you can begin to make sense of painful experiences, rebuild self-worth and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

I support survivors of domestic abuse, coercive control, emotional manipulation, gaslighting, patterns of fear and intimidation. I am committed to creating a safe space where clients can feel heard, respected and supported at their own pace.
