I've worked with countless people struggling with anxiety, perfectionism and people pleasing, so you're in good hands 馃げ I'm trained in four different types of therapy, so we can pick and choose the bits that'll actually help you most 鉁 I also love using diagrams and actually explaining the theory to you - so it helps you now AND long after we finish 馃檹

I work with clients long term (20+ sessions) because I don鈥檛 want to give you a quick fix 馃┕ We'll get into the deep-rooted stuff, understand your triggers, and find ways to cope. I couldn't care less if we only talk about one topic, or something completely new every session - as long as it helps you, let's do it 馃槉

A first session is about understanding your situation and seeing whether we're a good fit for each other. I'll give you some info about me, explain what we'll go through in the session and ask you a few questions. 

I may make a few basic notes about what you say to get an overall view of you - but if you dont want to answer any questions I ask, of course that's no problem.

My first session

A first session is about understanding your situation and seeing whether we're a good fit for each other. I'll give you some info about me, explain what we'll go through in the session and ask you a few questions.

I may make a few basic notes about what you say to get an overall view of you - but if you dont want to answer any questions I ask, of course that's no problem. 

My first session is free and no obligation, and if you don't want to continue we can explore alternative support options for you.
