60 minutes remote via video and face to face therapy.
Pricing:
Individual Therapy (Ongoing Support) Remote (video) sessions (60 minutes): £45 per session, Face-to-face sessions (60 minutes): £50 per session
Ideal for weekly or regular therapy, allowing you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.
Extended Monthly Sessions: Remote (video) (90 minutes): £65, Face-to-face (90 minutes): £70
Intended for clients who prefer less frequent sessions (e.g. once a month) while still having enough time to explore key issues in depth.
Suitable for you if you prefer flexible support, you are maintaining progress or need space for reflection between sessions.
Single Session Therapy (SST) (One-Off Session): Remote (video) SST: £85, Face-to-face SST: £95 per session (1 hour 50 minutes)
This is a focused, one-off session designed to help you work through a specific issue or concern. This may be helpful if you: Need clarity around a situation, want immediate support without committing to ongoing therapy, you are facing a specific challenge (e.g. anxiety, stress, bereavement, decision-making). SST is a standalone session and there is no obligation to continue.
Organisation & EAP Services: Per session (60 minutes). Please get in touch to discuss organisational requirements or tailored packages.
Services include Trauma-informed therapeutic support, Employee wellbeing sessions and Short-term focused interventions
Consultation: I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation via telephone.
This gives you the opportunity to briefly discuss your needs, ask any questions and we can both decide if my service feels right for you.
Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur 50% of the session fee

About me
Thanks for checking my profile. I’m an Integrative Therapist and Trauma Informed Therapist (TIT) meaning I draw from different modalities of therapy when working with clients. This allows me to provide support across a wide range of issues. With various experiences in health and social care, adult's mental health services and older adults mental health and dementia care, I believe in a holistic approach that combines various therapeutic techniques tailored to meet your unique needs. I am also a life coach. I will focus on helping you set and achieve your personal and professional goals.
My social work background inspires me to empower others to overcome challenges through understanding, empathy, and support. My experience in mental health has equipped me with a deep understanding of the complexities individuals’ face, while my work with those living with dementia has taught me the importance of compassion and patience in fostering connection and comfort.

In my private practice, I offer diverse therapeutic work to individuals with presenting issues such as Trauma, Complex trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship building, Relationship OCD, Panic Attacks, Bereavement, Grief and Loss, Low self-esteem, Low self-confidence, Domestic Abuse, Family issues, complex Relationships issues, Stress, Work related stress, Boundary settings, and support with life changing situations such as menopause, and struggling to cope with activity of daily living.
As an Integrative Therapist and a Trauma Informed Therapist (TIT) my approach is rooted in the Humanistic perspective, focusing on empathy and personal growth and I draw from a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, person-centred techniques, psychodynamic, poly vagal techniques, transactional analysis, solution-focused brief therapy, psychoeducation and mindfulness. This integrative approach allows us to connect deeply, fostering a safe and mindfulness, supportive environment for your healing and growth.
