At other times it can help you make sense of difficult experiences, think about change build healthier patterns and notice those parts of yourself that have been lost, overwhelmed or unheard.
As an integrative therapist I will tailor the work to your needs in order to delevelop greater self-awareness, resilience and a way of living that feels more authentic, balanced and fulfilling.

My first session
I suggest we have a phone call to let you ask me any questions you may have and for me o find out what you are looking for in therapy. . We could then arrange a first meeting which would be treated like any other session in terms of fees and timing, after which you can decide whether or not you would like to work with me. If you do decide to work with me we can arrange a time that best suits you.

Practice description
I work in a practice based in Spitalfields, London E1 in a face to face, private setting.The practice is a 12 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station, a seven minute walk from Aldgate East Station and an 11 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.
I have experience in various sectors (including finance, journalism and hospitality) and understand the pressures that work, family and relationships can place on us and the importnace of managing these pressures to find a satisfying balance and live with authenticity.
I have lived in Mexico City, New York and Sao Paulo.
My first session
I suggest we start with a telephone consultation. There is no charge for this and it normally lasts around ten minutes. After this we would have a first session which is treated like any session in terms of time and fee and is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for me to gain an understanding of who you are and what you'd like from therapy.
I encourage clients to think about whether they want to commit to further sessions after the initial meeting, so you don't feel pressured, but supported in what you'd like to do going forward.
If we agree to continue, you will have a weekly slot in my diary. We will continue until it is time to stop.
