About me and my therapy practice
I offer a space where you can slow down, speak freely, and explore whatever feels heavy, confusing, or simply important to you. Whether you're grappling with something specific or trying to make sense of where you are in life, I’m here to listen with care and curiosity.
Much of my therapeutic work has focused on supporting individuals struggling with addiction and eating disorders, areas I’m particularly committed to. I approach this work delicately with empathy and consistency.
My Approach
A safe, confidential, and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship can be the foundation for real change. Together, we can look at the challenges you’re facing, whether rooted in past experiences or unfolding in the present; and begin to understand them in a deeper, more compassionate way.
My aim is to help you develop insight into your feelings, patterns, and choices so you can move toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.
Practice description
I offer both in-person sessions from my comfortable rooms, and online therapy for those who prefer to work remotely. I’m committed to creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, consistent, and supportive. I take an integrative approach, combining cognitive, psychodynamic, humanistic modalities, and some CBT, tailoring my support to suit each client’s needs.
If you’d like to know more, please feel free to get in touch and we can talk through the next steps.
My first session
I offer a free 25 minute phone assessment. If we feel we can work together I suggest we begin sessions, and we review your process after your second session and whether you want to continue. This gives us both the chance to see how it feels to work together, without any pressure or obligation to continue. In these sessions, you’ll have space to talk about what’s brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping for, while also getting a sense of my approach. We’ll take time to review things at the end of the second session and decide together whether continuing feels right for you. You’re welcome to take time to reflect before making any decisions.
