Availability

Online across the UK and In Person Therapy - Lytham St. Annes/Penwortham/Preston.

I currently offer mostly online therapy for adults across the United Kingdom.

I also provide a free 15-minute introductory telephone call to help you decide whether therapy with me feels right  for both of us.

Online therapy offers flexibility and accessibility, allowing you to connect from the comfort of your own space, wherever you are. Many clients find that online sessions provide the same depth of connection and emotional support as meeting face-to-face.

About me and my therapy practice

My name is Georgia, and I am a trained psychotherapist, Level 7 Diploma.

There are times when we can feel stuck or overwhelmed by life challenges. And many times, within these challenges, you may be struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, loss, life changes, or the impact of past experiences and trauma.

Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down and explore what may be contributing to these difficulties, helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences; a sense of clarity and choice for moving forward with a more helpful approach.

My aim is to create a relationship where you feel able to speak openly about whatever is troubling you, without fear of judgement or pressure to be anything other than yourself. Talking with someone who is not part of your daily life can create the space to explore your experiences, understand yourself more deeply, and make sense of difficulties that may feel confusing, overwhelming, or recurring.

Practice description

My path into psychotherapy began through my own interest in understanding people, relationships, and emotional wellbeing.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent over ten years working as a social worker supporting children and families through challenging circumstances. Having lived between cultures myself, I also understand some of the complexities that can arise around identity, belonging, and adapting to change.

Clients often tell me they appreciate my warmth, empathy, and ability to create a space where they feel comfortable exploring difficult experiences.

My work is relational and grounded in Integrative Transactional Analysis. Together, we explore your thoughts, feelings, emotional and behavioural patterns, understanding how they developed over time and gently working towards your meaningful goal.

I am working with adults 18+ who are facing different life challenges, including but not restricted to the following:

Anxiety and stress

Low self-esteem and self-confidence

Depression and low mood

Relationship difficulties

Trauma and difficult past experiences

Grief and loss

Panic attacks and social anxiety

Work-related stress and burnout

Family and interpersonal difficulties

People-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries

Perfectionism

Life transitions and change

My first session

First session:

In our first session, we’ll talk about what has brought you to therapy and what you might want to achieve or explore. You can share as much or as little as feels comfortable.

We’ll also complete an intake form together, which helps me understand a bit more about you and any relevant background information. This is also the time where we’ll discuss the therapy contract—the practical and ethical agreement that covers things like confidentiality, session times, fees, and how we’ll work together.

The first session is as much for you as it is for me: it’s a chance for you to get a sense of how I work and whether this feels like the right space for you.

Fees and location:

Online across the UK and In Person Therapy - Lytham St. Annes/Penwortham/Preston.

Each session lasts 1 hour and is offered at £65 In person or £55 online.

Outdoor therapy can be an option if you prefer.
