The initial 15-Minute Consultation is FREE. You can decide whether you would like to begin counselling with me and I will assess whether I have the appropriate counselling skills to meet your therapeutic needs.
FULL STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE: -
1. Request a FREE 15 MINUTE CONSULTATION. Respond from this ÌÇÐĹÙÍø directory OR complete the 'Get In Touch' form at www.adultcounsellingtherapy.co.uk OR alternatively email me direct to contact@adultcounsellingtherapy.co.uk .We can then make arrangements and book our call.
2. I will send you a registration form for completion and return. The reason for this is so I am able to look after your welfare from the very outset.
3. I will contact you. I will offer you a regular date and time for your sessions and send you a contract (working agreement).
4. How to Pay - The £60 fee is payable at the start of each session - Please note - Adult Counselling Therapy Ltd has a NO CASH policy. Please make payment via the card machine at the therapy room, or via online link.
5. I will then hold a session with you at the practice room or I will make contact with you at our agreed date and time via online video call. The first session will include a review of the contract and I will ask you to complete a brief overview assessment form (Core10).
6. Cancellations or missed appointments - if you wish to cancel an appointment, please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice otherwise the session fee will still be charged.
