About me and my therapy practice
Welcome! I am an experienced counsellor and supervisor, here to walk alongside you through life’s challenges, offering an open, respectful space that values your perspective and pace.
I practice integrative counselling, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor support to your unique needs. I believe therapy is more than just talking—it’s about discovering new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Our sessions move at your pace. I’ll listen with care and curiosity, offer insights when helpful, and adapt our work to what truly matters to you. Together, we work toward self-acceptance, growth, and change.
What we can explore?
- Make sense of your thoughts and emotions.
- Uncover patterns that may no longer serve you.
- Reconnect with your values and sense of agency.
- Cultivate self-compassion and resilience.
The use of the title Dr in this directory listing relates to the member’s doctorate qualification. However, this does not imply a general medical qualification.

- Mental Health: Working with people experiencing concerns such as depression, anxiety, psychosis, and addictions.
- Identity & Belonging: Supporting those exploring cultural identity, belonging, or intergenerational conflict, especially clients for whom English is a second or additional language.
- Marginalisation & Trauma: Working with individuals facing marginalisation, shame, or trauma.
- LGBTQ+ Affirmation: Providing affirming counselling to LGBTQ+ clients.
"Being different" is something to respect and honor. Let's explore your feelings and navigate life's complexities!

How We Work Together
- Free Consultation A brief video call to discuss your requirements and ensure we are a good match. If my practice isn't the right fit for your specific counselling or supervision needs, I am happy to provide appropriate referrals.
Counselling: We will explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your unique circumstances, and begin clarifying your personal goals in a collaborative, supportive space.
Supervision: We will review your practice background, client workload, and supervisory needs to establish a clear collaborative contract and goals for your professional development.
- Counselling: While many clients notice meaningful progress within 6 to 8 weeks, the duration of therapy is entirely tailored to you—you remain in full control of your therapeutic journey.
- Supervision: Typically arranged on a regular monthly or fortnightly basis to ensure ongoing professional support and satisfy your relevant professional body’s requirements (e.g., ÌÇÐĹÙÍø).
