About me and my therapy practice

ÌÇÐĹÙÍø

If you've ever felt like you think and feel at a slightly different frequency to most people around you; too much, too sensitive, too in your head -  this might be a good place to land.

I'm a ÌÇÐĹÙÍø registered therapist offering counselling and psychotherapy online and in North London. My work is rooted in Psychosynthesis and informed by transpersonal psychology which means I'm interested in you as a whole person, not just your presenting problem.

I work with people who are creative, curious, and often psychologically self-aware. People who feel things deeply. Who have probably already read a lot, thought a lot, and still find themselves stuck in patterns they can't quite shift from the outside. People drawn to genuinely understanding themselves - not just managing symptoms.

Together we might explore identity and self-worth, anxiety and emotional overwhelm, relationship patterns, neurodivergence, grief and loss, early experiences and how they shape the present, or questions of meaning and purpose.

Depending on what you need, we might work with parts of yourself that are in conflict, guided imagery and visualisation, somatic and gestalt awareness, creative exploration, or simply the quality of attention between us. I bring a background as an artist and lived experience of neurodivergence into the room.

Therapy with me isn't about being fixed. It's about being understood; possibly more fully than you've allowed yourself to be before.

If any of this resonates, you're welcome to reach out.

Practice description

ÌÇÐĹÙÍø

My work is relational and depth-oriented. I'm interested in what's happening beneath the surface i.e. the patterns, the beliefs, the parts of you that developed for good reasons and may now be getting in the way.

Depending on what you bring and what feels useful, we might work with guided imagery, parts work, somatic awareness, gestalt techniques, journaling, or creative exploration. These are never imposed, they're offered when they feel right. Talking is always enough.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, identity questions, neurodivergence, low self-worth, relationship patterns, grief, addiction, early wounding, and questions of meaning. Some people come with a specific issue; others come with a vaguer sense that something isn't working. Both are welcome.

I bring a background as an artist and lived experience of neurodivergence into the room. I am ÌÇÐĹÙÍø registered and currently working towards UKCP accreditation.

Therapy with me isn't about being fixed. It's about being understood and from that understanding, finding more freedom in how you live and relate.

My first session

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to get a sense of how I work. We'll explore what brought you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and what feels most important right now. There's no pressure to have everything figured out, it's more about beginning to build something safe between us.

I'll ask some gentle questions to understand your background and current situation. Together we'll start to shape a way of working that feels supportive and manageable for you.

It's also your chance to ask anything about the process, confidentiality, or how I work. By the end we'll both have a clearer sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.
