About me and my therapy practice
I am a person centred counsellor. I offer strategies to help move my clients in the right direction. Many of these strategies will be backed up with an email follow up. I am passionate to support youngsters, as previously I was a teacher and did my last 10 years working with SEN/ neurodiverse youngsters I also specialise in bereavement, having worked for a bereavement organisation for 7 years. I offer a FREE 30 minute discovery session for you to decide whether I am the right counsellor for you. I LOOK FORWARD TO SUPPORTING YOU ON YOUR JOURNEY.
My first session
My first session is to start to get to know you and ease you in gently to your therapy.

Availability
I work Monday pm all day Tuesday and Thursday and Monday pm. I can also offer Tuesday or Wednesday evenings to accommodate full time workers. I have availability for a few more clients however this is fluid due to clients starting and ending.
About me and my therapy practice
I have been qualified as a Humanistic and Gestalt counsellor since April 2018. I specialise in bereavement, relationship, health, neurodiversity, young people and many more. I can offer face to face, online or telephone sessions. My working method is mainly person centred around the needs of my clients.
Practice description
Before qualifying as a counsellor, I was a teacher for 26 years, the last 10 of these in an SEN school. I still have the passion for SEN and continue to support parents and their youngsters. I also volunteer with an organisation helping youngsters and at a Dementia group. In my spare time I love walking and playing golf.My first session
I offer a 20 minutes FREE session to help the client feel at ease and explain how we can work together in getting them moving in the direction that they would like to aim for.
