About me and my therapy practice
The journey to conception, pregnancy and early parenthood can be one of the most meaningful and challenging periods in life. If you are struggling with your path to parenthood, miscarriage, perinatal depression or anxiety, birth trauma, or intrusive thoughts you do not have to navigate these experiences alone. I am a counsellor specialising in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals throughout fertility treatment, pregnancy, baby loss, birth and the postnatal period. I work with both mothers and fathers who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, loss, trauma or difficulties adjusting to parenthood. Babies are welcome in sessions.

I offer a free 15 minute consultation in-person, online or over the phone.
If you decide to move forward, the next step is a 60 minute in-person assessment session where we go into depth on your history and what has brought you to therapy. At the end of this assessment we agree together on what duration, frequency and depth of work best fits your needs.
