About me and my therapy practice
I work with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, shame, codependence, bereavement, ADHD, autism, neurodiversity, reactiveness, anger, substance misuse, self harm.
My training and approach is Integrative which means that I use a variety of counselling modalities. My focus is on Person Centred skills but I also draw from a range of other styles including psychodynamic, humanistic, CBT. I offer a safe and non-judgemental space where clients can feel heard and supported in their therapeutic journey. I can support in exploring a client's narrative and becoming more aware of what the past and present experiences have created, and how they impact their current life. This can help clients to discover how they can start to make and maintain positive changes for the future.
