Availability
I currently have limited availability for new clients. Sessions are offered during the day and early evening.
If you’re considering therapy, you’re welcome to get in touch and I can let you know what availability I have at the moment.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what’s going on for you.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure why certain patterns in their lives or relationships keep repeating. You might notice yourself second-guessing your reactions, putting others first, or finding it difficult to trust your own judgement.
Together, we can begin to make sense of these experiences at a pace that feels right for you. This may include exploring current challenges as well as patterns shaped by past experiences, and how these continue to influence how you feel and relate to others.
My approach is integrative, drawing on a range of therapeutic perspectives to suit your individual needs. I work in a reflective and relational way, with a focus on understanding rather than quick solutions.
I work with people from a range of backgrounds and aim to offer a space that feels respectful, inclusive, and grounded, including for those within the LGBTQ+ community.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin wherever you are.
Practice description
I offer a calm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can feel genuinely heard and understood. Clients often value the steady, reflective way we work together.
I work with adults from a range of backgrounds. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure why certain patterns keep repeating. You might notice yourself overthinking, second-guessing your reactions, or finding it difficult to trust your own judgement.
Together, we can begin to make sense of these experiences at a pace that feels right for you. This may include exploring current challenges as well as patterns shaped by past experiences, and how these continue to influence how you feel and relate to others.
I also have particular experience working with LGBTQ+ clients and offer a respectful and affirming space to explore identity, relationships, and self-trust.
I work integratively, drawing on a range of approaches to suit your individual needs, and offer both short-term and open-ended therapy.
Sessions are available online and in person in London Bridge and King’s Cross. If you’re considering therapy, you’re welcome to get in touch.
My first session
The first session is a chance for us to meet and begin to explore what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and whether I might be the right therapist for you.
I’ll ask some gentle questions to get a sense of your background and current concerns, but there’s no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to. We go at a pace that feels manageable.
Many people arrive feeling unsure where to begin, or noticing patterns such as overthinking or second-guessing themselves. We can start wherever feels most natural and begin to make sense of things together.
This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about how I work and what therapy might feel like. We can talk through practical details such as timing, fees, and whether you’re looking for short-term or open-ended support.
The session lasts 50 minutes and is charged at the standard rate.
If you’d like to arrange a free 15-minute introductory Zoom call first, you’re welcome to do so.
