About me and my therapy practice
I trained as a clinical psychologist in Germany and as an integrative therapist in London. My background has given me experience across a range of therapeutic approaches, allowing me to adapt sessions to suit your individual needs and circumstances.
My work focuses on supporting adults facing demanding and stressful work-related situations, including pressure, burnout, and the effects of prolonged strain. My doctoral research explored work-related stress and the prevention of negative outcomes such as burnout and absence from work, which means I have particular insight into how professional demands can affect wellbeing.
Alongside this, I have experience with the challenges associated with ageing, health-related change, and difficult life transitions. Sessions offer a thoughtful and collaborative space to explore what is happening and to work at a pace that feels manageable.
The aim is to help you develop greater clarity, resilience, and support as you navigate stressful periods, whether they are connected to work, health, or broader life changes.

The aim is to help you feel more supported, clearer, and better resourced as you navigate stressful periods, whether these are connected to work, health, ageing, or broader life changes.

About me and my therapy practice
I trained as a clinical psychologist in Germany and as an integrative therapist in London. My background has given me experience across a range of therapeutic approaches, allowing me to adapt sessions to suit your individual needs and circumstances.
I support adults who are facing demanding life situations and periods of sustained pressure. My academic focus has centred on the psychological challenges linked to ageing, health-related change, work-related transitions, and the demands of caring for loved ones.
During my doctoral research, I expanded this focus to work-related stress and the prevention of negative outcomes such as burnout and absence from work. This means I have particular experience in understanding how long-term pressure, responsibility, and change can affect emotional wellbeing.
I offer a thoughtful and collaborative therapeutic space where we can explore what is happening for you and work together at a pace that feels manageable. My aim is to help you build greater clarity, resilience, and support as you navigate difficult or demanding phases of life.

I offer a calm, confidential, and supportive space where you can talk openly without judgement. Therapy with me is collaborative and paced around what feels manageable for you, whether you want to understand difficult feelings, make sense of a demanding life situation, or find more effective ways of coping.
My approach is thoughtful and flexible, with an emphasis on helping you feel more resourced, grounded, and clearer about what you need. Together, we can explore both current pressures and the longer-term patterns that may be shaping how you are feeling.
