Availability
I currently have availability for new clients and aim to offer appointments that fit around work, family and other commitments.
Sessions are available on weekdays, with a range of daytime and evening appointments where possible.
If my regular availability doesn't immediately suit you, please feel free to get in touch. I'll always do my best to find a time that works, and if I don't currently have space, I'll let you know honestly and discuss the options available.
Sessions can be held online via secure video call, allowing you to access counselling from the comfort and privacy of your own home, or from offices in Crowthorne or Sandhurst.
About me and my therapy practice
I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely heard and understood. My aim is to offer a calm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can speak openly about whatever is on your mind, at a pace that feels right for you.
As an Integrative Relational Counsellor, I tailor my approach to each individual rather than working from a one-size-fits-all model. Together, we'll explore not only the challenges that have brought you to counselling, but also the thoughts, emotions, experiences and relationship patterns that may be influencing your life today.
I won't tell you what to do or offer quick fixes. Instead, I see counselling as a collaborative process where we work together to deepen your understanding of yourself, helping you make choices that feel authentic and create lasting change.
Whether you're experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, stress, low self-esteem, loss, or simply feeling stuck, my role is to provide a safe, confidential space where you can explore your experiences without fear of judgement.
Practice description
I offer counselling both online throughout the UK and in person from comfortable, private counselling rooms in Crowthorne and Sandhurst, Berkshire. This allows you to choose the setting that feels most comfortable and convenient for you.
Many of the people I work with are professionals, business owners and individuals who appear to cope well on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, anxious or emotionally exhausted. Others come because they are experiencing relationship difficulties, significant life changes, loss, low self-esteem, or simply want to understand themselves more deeply and break free from unhelpful patterns.
Beginning counselling can feel like a significant step, particularly if you've never spoken to a therapist before. Finding the right counsellor is important, so I offer a free 20-minute introductory consultation. This gives us the opportunity to talk about what has brought you to counselling, answer any questions you may have, and explore whether we feel we're the right fit to work together.
My aim is to provide a warm, professional and confidential environment where you feel able to speak openly, without pressure or judgement. Whether you choose to meet online or in person, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you, helping you gain greater understanding, develop resilience, and move towards the life you want to live.
My first session
By the time we meet for your first counselling session, we'll already have had the opportunity to speak during our free introductory consultation and agreed that working together feels like the right next step.
Our first full session is where your therapeutic journey begins. We'll spend some time completing the necessary paperwork and discussing our counselling agreement, including confidentiality, boundaries and any questions you may still have. This ensures we both have a clear understanding of how we'll work together.
We'll then explore in more depth what has brought you to counselling, the experiences that have shaped your current difficulties, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. There is no expectation to tell your whole story in one session—we'll work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
My aim is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with the confidence that you've taken an important first step towards meaningful change.
