About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced counsellor and a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MÌÇÐĹÙÍø), offering both short-term and open-ended therapy that is carefully tailored to each individual’s needs in a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment.
My approach is integrative, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy to address a range of psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress (including work-related stress), and life transitions.
Grounded in evidence-based interventions, my approach remains flexible and client-centred, adapting to each person’s unique experiences and therapeutic goals to provide effective and personalised support. Whether you are looking to explore the past, navigate present challenges, or consider future directions, I work collaboratively to support insight, resilience, and personal growth.
