About me and my therapy practice
Are you struggling with anxiety, obsessive thoughts, overthinking, low self-esteem, or feeling emotionally exhausted whilst trying to appear 鈥渇ine鈥 on the outside?

Practice description
I鈥檓 a qualified integrative therapist and hypnotherapist, registered with both the 糖心官网锟 and NCPS锟, offering online therapy across the UK.
I have over 1000 hours of clinical experience across private practice, online therapy platforms, and charity counselling services.
I work with adults experiencing:

My approach combines psychodynamic understanding with CBT and ACT-based approaches, helping clients both understand the deeper patterns beneath their difficulties and develop practical ways to move forward.
Before retraining as a therapist, I spent over a decade working in the financial sector, giving me insight into stress, emotional suppression, and the pressure many people feel to keep coping whilst struggling internally.
Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, approachable, and straightforward. Therapy with me is collaborative, reflective, and grounded 鈥 not cold or overly clinical.
My first session
I offer an initial conversation of up to 30 minutes free of charge via phone or Zoom. This gives us an opportunity to explore what鈥檚 bringing you to therapy and whether we are the right fit to work together.
I鈥檒l ask some gentle questions about your background, previous support, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I鈥檒l also explain how I work and how we may approach the difficulties you are experiencing.
You are under no obligation to commit to ongoing sessions after this conversation.
Many people feel understandably nervous about starting therapy. My aim is to create a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you feel listened to, understood, and able to speak openly at your own pace.
