About me and my therapy practice
I am an existential psychotherapist offering a thoughtful, down-to-earth space to explore what’s going on in your life. My approach is grounded in curiosity and collaboration—I’m focused on helping you understand yourself more deeply, at your own pace.
I work with a range of experiences, including anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, life transitions, identity questions, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Together, we can make sense of patterns, explore what matters to you, and open up new ways of relating to yourself and others.
People who come to see me are often looking not just for relief, but for a clearer, more meaningful way of living.
Practice description
My work draws upon the existential view that life’s challenges — anxiety, loss, identity, relationships, meaning — are inseparable from the human condition. Therapy becomes a collaborative exploration of how we respond to these realities, and what it might mean to live more authentically within them.
Clients often describe our work as gentle but honest, helping them connect to parts of themselves that have felt hidden, conflicted, or unheard. My role is to help make sense of what arises, and to support you in discovering your own way of being and becoming.
