About me and my therapy practice
Are you a couple in need of support with a relationship? Are you at a turning point? In crisis, or want to work on issues and consolidate? Are you considering separation, or redefining your relationship?
Practice description
Relationships are complex. They always require work and sometimes that can just seem overwhelming or impossible.
Whether you're in a partnership or married - or maybe you're a parent and child, or siblings experiencing relationship difficulties - sometimes support is needed to allow both parties to speak their truth, to feel heard and understood. I can help you create space for that.
It's not necessarily about 'fixing' a relationship - I'm not there just to make you stay together. I will hold space for you both without judgement, allow feelings to be aired in a safe environment, and support you in working towards a better future - together or apart.
My first session
I offer a brief initial video call with couples, free of charge, so we can get an idea of each other and find out if we're comfortable working together.
Thereafter I prefer to work in-person with you, though I will consider working online, or a mixture of both, depending on your circumstances.

About me and my therapy practice
We all experience challenges at different stages of our life, and sometimes it can be hard to navigate those challenges alone, leaving us feeling overwhelmed and struggling to find the way forward.
Difficulties may be related to relationships and family, death of a loved one, past or recent trauma, issues at work, navigating major life changes, facing a difficult health diagnosis, or dealing with depression, anxiety and stress – to name just a few.
I work with individuals, providing a safe and confidential space where you can be fully heard and understood, without judgement, whatever issues you are facing. Together we can explore difficult thoughts and feelings you may be experiencing, and I will work with you to find ways to understand these better and move forward positively.
Practice description
My approach is humanistic/integrative: I believe that everyone has the potential to thrive, grow and live well, by working to understanding difficult thoughts and feelings.
Drawing on a range of counselling modalities to meet your specific needs, I will support and be alongside you in exploring and making sense of your feelings, developing new coping strategies and making positive changes.
I also have an interest in using mindfulness as a powerful resource for healing, which we can explore if this feels appropriate for you.
I offer both short-term and longer-term therapy – sometimes a few sessions may be all you need to ‘unstick’ things and start the path to healing; or sometimes you may need support over a longer period of time.
I work from my therapy room at my home in Bush Hill Park, Enfield, and am happy to see clients either in-person or online. I currently work with individuals over 18, and from January 2026 will also be offering couples/relationship therapy.
I abide by the ÌÇÐĹÙÍø Code of Ethics, am engaged in regular professional supervision and continually develop my knowledge and skills through professional development and further training. I hold full Professional Indemnity Insurance.
My first session
It's important for you to feel comfortable with your therapist, so I offer a free 15-minute initial telephone or video call for us to talk about what brings you to therapy and see if we are a good ‘fit’. Once I receive your initial enquiry, I will contact you to set this up.
Should we both decide to proceed, I will invite you to attend your first session, where I will carry out a full assessment. You will have the opportunity to ask further questions and decide if you wish to continue with the course of therapy.
