About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative counsellor, grounded in psychodynamic and person centered approaches with a particular awareness of and sensitivity to neurodivergence. I recognize that the therapeutic process can be complex, and that communicating thoughts and feelings is not always straightforward.
I aim to offer a supportive non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. I understand expression may take different forms, and I work collaboratively to find ways of connection that feels accessible and authentic to each individual.
I hold in mind both past and present experiences, supporting clients to develop greater self-understanding while re-enacting their own unique way of being in the world.

Together, we may explore how past experiences, including childhood shape your present, while focusing on your current concerns and future goals.
I am experienced working with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression (childhood & adult), family dynamics, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, abuse (verbal, sexual, emotional, physical), low mood, loss, self-harm, suicidal thoughts and bereavement.
I offer 50minutes session, both face to face and online. We can work short term or long term.
