About me and my therapy practice
I am a Masters qualified and ÌÇÐĹÙÍø registered Pluralistic Counsellor.
Some of my work centres around bereavement and living with loss. Not only the bereavement of a loved one but also the quieter, ongoing losses that accompany change, illness, or the shifting of relationships and identity. Together, we can explore and honour what has been lost, making sense of what remains to reconnect with life in a way that feels genuine and possible.
My main areas of focus are
Anxiety and Depression
Bereavement
Relationship Difficulties
Identity and Self Esteem
Living with Life Changing Illness
Loss and Change
Life Transitions
Alopecia
Practice description
My approach is creative and collaborative, grounded in the belief that the therapeutic relationship can be a powerful space for healing, self understanding and growth. I am trained in pluralistic therapy, which means I will draw from a range of evidence based approaches guided by your goals, strengths and preferences. I offer a flexible and reflective perspective that focuses on what matters most to you.
My first session
Beginning therapy can feel uncertain, so I aim to make those first steps feel calm and supportive. I offer a warm, steady, compassionate space where you can take a moment to pause and begin to reflect upon what’s been happening, find ways to move forward and make positive change.
