Availability throughout the day on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. I am able to be flexible and will do my best to meet your availability so please do get in contact even if these days don’t work for you and i will see what i can do.

I believe counselling is about building greater awareness & understanding of who you are, as well as the difficulties you’re currently experiencing. It’s about getting to know yourself on a deeper level; observing your thoughts, behaviours and relationships with curiosity. Fundamentally, its about bringing you into connection with who you truly are.

Our work will begin by building safety, communication & understanding between us. Building the bridges needed for us to go on this journey. Together, we will work to build a therapeutic environment that meets your needs; where you feel safe, supported, accepted, heard, and free of any judgement. It is this truly unique space, which allows counselling & therapy to have such transformative potential. 

Together, we could go on a journey, tracing the footprints and clues of your present symptoms and difficulties to discover the truth that sits behind them. I believe your current difficulties and symptoms could be alarm bells, calling you to pay attention, and listen. In the presence of a supportive professional, you can begin to open up and listen to your internal gut feelings and instincts. Feeling safe to explore these, you might begin to build greater awareness, understanding, inner clarity and mindfulness. We will work together to discover the root to your difficulties and in the direction of truth.

I will bring all of my experience to this work, guiding, supporting and empowering you, throughout. I will be led by you, working at your pace, and meeting your individual needs.

It is my hope that our work will succeed in providing you with some answers, as well as some relief from your suffering and symptoms. However, I believe this work can stretch far beyond this. My work aims to help you feel a more aligned, integrated & whole human being. In my experience, counselling has the potential to be life changing. Committing to this work, and committing to yourself, could be one of the most important things you ever do.

Fees:

Sessions are £50 and 60 minutes long. I offer sessions in person in Salisbury or Online. Both services with the same price. 

I offer concessions for student counsellors, at £45 per session.
