About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Jess (she/her) - an Integrative Psychotherapist.
I understand that being here means that things are feeling difficult right now. You might be feeling anxious, sad, overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself. Maybe you're overthinking, questioning your worth, struggling to make sense of why you feel this way, or trying to come to terms with loss? These feelings can feed into loneliness (even if others are physically around) and often impact relationships.
I provide therapy for people who are looking for support with anxiety, sadness, depression or overwhelm, this may be in relation to a life transition of loss and new beginnings, relationship challenges, a sense of burn out or something you can't quite put your finger on yet.
My aim is to create a space where you can slow down, be heard and feel understood. Moving at your pace, we can process what's feeling difficult and build on your strengths. So that you can feel more grounded and connected to yourself and live a life that reflects your values.

I have experience supporting people with a range of challenges, some of which you can find listed below. My aim is to support you with your reasons for being here. If it’s not clear what’s holding you back but something feels ‘off’, that’s okay too, we can figure it out together.
I have an additional interest in working with people who have moved from where they were born, whether that's across continents, countries or cities. This comes from a lived experience and respect for how wider experiences impact our daily experience of who we are.
