I aim to respond to messages within the following timeframes:
Weekdays (Monday鈥揊riday): between 9am to 6pm I usually reply within the same day.
Counselling messages are not monitored outside these hours. I do not offer crisis support.
About me and my therapy practice
If you鈥檝e found your way here, it might be because you鈥檙e looking for some support or because something in your life feels like it needs attention. You don鈥檛 have to have it all together to reach out.
You might be hard on yourself. You might find it difficult to take in kind words. You might feel responsible for keeping everyone else okay.
On the outside, you may look like you鈥檙e managing. Inside, things might feel heavier or more uncertain than you let on. Low Self鈥慐steem, Self鈥慍riticism & Feeling 鈥淣ot Enough鈥.
The way we speak to ourselves matters. Those everyday thoughts can shape how we feel and how we move through the world.
In the space I offer, you lead the way. We go at your pace. We stay with what feels real and important to you.
I鈥檓 alongside you with warmth and honesty. When it鈥檚 useful, I offer compassionate challenge - gentle, respectful questions that can help you reflect and notice things from a different angle, without pressure.
You don鈥檛 have to carry this on your own. If you鈥檙e ready, we can look at it together.
I offer free introductory calls and flexible 50 minute online sessions to suit you. Daytimes 拢35, evenings and weekends 拢45.

Others simply want a space where they don鈥檛 have to manage anyone else鈥檚 feelings for a while.
