Late-diagnosed ADHD, particularly in women navigating burnout and masking
Neurodivergent adults feeling overwhelmed by work and modern life
Parenting or supporting adult children with ADHD
Grief, loss, or adjusting to life changes (including sight loss)
Loneliness or finding life difficult
Bereavement
About me
I am an integrative counsellor offering a warm, down-to-earth, and non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s going on for you at your own pace.
I do offer OAAT (one at a time) therapy, where agreed, will be beneficial and following assessment.
I use a pluralistic approach, which means I tailor the work to suit you as an individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we can find ways of working that feel right for you.

Background
Before becoming a counsellor, I worked in retail, student and youth support, and ran my own floristry business for many years. I also teach floristry and have experience facilitating domestic abuse programmes, following 18 years as a domestic abuse advisor.
A little more about me
I’m a keen gardener and animal lover, foodie, and I find being in nature an important part of my own wellbeing.
Practice description
Integrative counselling is a flexible and holistic approach to therapy that combines techniques and insights from different therapeutic models, such as person-centred, psychodynamic, systemic and cognitive-behavioural therapy. More recently, fourth-wave theories have been integrated into client work, such as solution-focused narrative therapy and other 21st-century theories. It is believed these add a more rounded and inclusive approach to work with our diverse cultures. Drawing on these methods, integrative counselling tailors the therapeutic process to suit each individual's unique needs, goals, beliefs and experiences.
This personalised approach can help people better understand themselves, their emotions, and their behaviours while equipping them with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or personal growth, integrative counselling provides a supportive space for exploring their thoughts and feelings, promoting self-awareness, healing, and lasting positive change.
