About me and my therapy practice
I鈥檓 a London based therapist specialising in nervous system regulation and trauma-informed therapy, supporting clients who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in repeated emotional patterns.
My approach helps you understand not just what you鈥檙e feeling, but how your nervous system is responding and how this can begin to shift.
Practice description
I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can talk openly, without judgement or pressure.
My approach is integrative and relational, combining talking therapy with a trauma-informed, nervous system-based approach. I draw from different therapeutic models depending on what you need, while also gently paying attention to what鈥檚 happening in your body 鈥 such as anxiety, tension, overwhelm, or shutdown.
This helps us understand your experience at a deeper level, rather than only managing things on the surface. Together, we build awareness, support regulation, and develop a greater sense of safety within yourself.
You don鈥檛 have to arrive with the 鈥渞ight words鈥 or a clear story 鈥 we can take the time to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore what鈥檚 really going on, including the parts that may feel difficult, unclear, or 鈥渢oo much.鈥
Rather than pushing for change, we create the conditions where your nervous system can begin to regulate and shift naturally.
My first session
Choosing the right therapist is important, especially when working with trauma and the nervous system.
I offer a brief introductory call so we can get to know each other and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you鈥檝e been feeling overwhelmed or disconnected for a long time. Your first session is an opportunity to get a sense of me, ask questions, and see whether you feel safe and supported. From there, we gently build a therapeutic relationship that allows you to explore whatever you need, at your own pace.
