About me and my therapy practice
For when you carry more than others see.
You might be feeling it as anxiety or anger that seems to come from nowhere. Shame or guilt you cannot quite explain. A sense of loneliness, isolation, or disconnection. Feeling pressured or powerless by work, relationships, cultural expectations, or discrimination. Or simply a heaviness that sits with you, even when things on the outside look fine.
For many men, stigma, shame, fear, expectation, and culture make it hard to ask for support. I offer a space where all of these are considered and handled with confidentiality and without judgement.
Sometimes, having a confidential space to be heard and understood, without judgement, can bring clarity that may be hard to find alone.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent 25 years in business. That experience informs my understanding of leadership, workplace pressure, redundancy, anxiety, and the struggles people do not always talk about.
I am an integrative therapist and work primarily using person-centred, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and existential approaches to counselling and psychotherapy.
My first session
I offer a free 15-minute introductory video call.
It is an opportunity to connect and get an initial understanding of what support you need and how we can work together.
