I work with adults aged 18 and over, offering both individual and couples therapy.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a ÌÇÐĹÙÍø-registered therapist based in Sevilla, working with individuals and couples seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.
My approach is grounded, reflective, and relational. I offer a calm and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.
I have a particular interest in how early and formative experiences shape the way we think, feel, and relate to others. This includes patterns around anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, and relationship difficulties.
I work in a trauma-informed and attachment-based way, supporting clients to develop greater awareness of their inner world and how this connects to their current life and relationships.
Practice description
I offer therapy for both individuals and couples.
Individual therapy provides a space to explore your inner world more deeply, your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences, and to begin recognising patterns that may be influencing how you relate to yourself and others. This might include anxiety, low self-esteem, difficulties with boundaries, or a sense of feeling stuck.
Couples therapy offers a supportive space to slow things down and explore patterns within the relationship. This may include recurring conflict, emotional distance, or challenges with communication. Together, we work to better understand these dynamics and create space for new ways of relating.
My work is not focused on quick solutions, but on developing insight and awareness over time. Through this process, clients often begin to recognise familiar patterns, understand where they come from, and consider different ways of responding.
I draw on an integrative approach, including attachment theory, psychodynamic thinking, and body-based awareness, adapting the work to each individual or couple.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to meet and begin to explore what has brought you to therapy.
We will talk about your current concerns, any relevant background, and what you hope to gain from the process. This is also a space for you to ask any questions and to get a sense of how I work.
There is no obligation to continue after the first session. It is important that you feel comfortable and that the therapeutic relationship feels like a good fit for you.
If we decide to work together, we can agree on a pace and focus that feels appropriate for you or for your relationship.

Practice description
I offer online couples counselling for partners who would like support with relationship difficulties.
Couples often seek therapy when they find themselves repeating the same arguments, struggling to communicate effectively, or feeling emotionally distant from one another. In some cases there may have been a breakdown in trust, ongoing conflict, or uncertainty about the future of the relationship.
Couples counselling provides a structured space where both partners are able to talk openly about what has been happening in the relationship. Sessions focus on helping each person express their thoughts and feelings while also developing a clearer understanding of their partner’s perspective.
During therapy we may explore patterns of communication, emotional responses during conflict, and the ways in which misunderstandings can develop between partners. By slowing down these interactions, couples can begin to recognise patterns that may be keeping them stuck.
Many couples find that this process helps them communicate more openly, manage disagreements more constructively, and rebuild a sense of connection in the relationship.
Sessions take place online, allowing couples to attend from the comfort of their own space.
