About me and my therapy practice

Taking that first brave step may feel daunting, but having someone outside of your usual circles to talk with can be the beginning of hope and change. Allow yourself the time to be heard by someone who will listen fully. Share thoughts and feelings about whatever you choose. Only when you are ready.

A therapeutic relationship can be unlike any other you may experience; always supportive; always encouraging; always accepting.

My approach is non-directive; following you as you take sessions at your pace. I invite you to share your thoughts and feelings in a safe space, knowing you will be accepted, just as you are, however that is today.

I don't have all the answers, but I will help you find yours.

Practice description

I am a person centred therapist, with a background of over 11 years working in mental health; 30 years of yoga, mindfulness and meditation; sound therapy practice since 2022 (for public and exclusively for NHS staff) and counselling placement since 2024.

Choose whichever option works best for you; online or in person. Therapy is most effective when it is weekly, however my approach is flexible and I am here to support you to find whatever is best for you. I am known for my calming nature and relaxed approach; I hope you will join me and share whatever you have on your mind and in your heart.

Please see my website for further details, or read my Google reviews under my business name Peaceful Body Peaceful Mind.
