I am currently taking on new adult clients for creative therapy sessions which will be offered at a discounted rate while I complete my training hours for my relational creative therapy with adults course.

I have an MA in practice based play therapy and my work is based on the belief that it can be helpful to explore the languages beyond words which creative tools allow us to do.

My dance and drama background has given me an awareness of how the body stores emotions and my integrative holistic model allows for an individual approach to therapy.

Whatever it is that you’d like to explore in therapy, you will be met with a warm and non judgmental environment and an opportunity to be heard in a safe, empathetic space.

You can expect safe and ethical boundaries and creative mediums. 

I’m an experienced play therapist and have also worked creatively with young people.

As I move into adult work I will continue to apply the same core conditions and principles with the addition of theoretical concepts such as the inner child.

Our first session would involve meeting to see whether we feel as though we are a good therapeutic fit. 

The work we would be doing together is relational and therefore it is important to have an opportunity to explore what you hope will happen as a result of coming to the sessions and for you to ask any questions you may have too.

Currently taking on new supervisees for face to face supervision only.

I am a trainee PTUK creative clinical supervisor and I currently offer face to face supervision only.

I can work with qualified and trainee play therapists.

I am a play and creative arts therapist with experience of working with children and young adults.

My MA research is on dens and I offer training in this area. My research has been published in the international journal of play therapy.

I offer a free initial meeting to see whether we are a good fit for each other as an opportunity for you to get a feel for the space. No supervision contracts will be exchanged until after this initial meeting.
