About Me
I'm Andrew, a qualified integrative counsellor with an approach rooted in person-centred values, where you are encouraged to be yourself and own your direction in therapy.
I offer a calm, confidential, and non-judgmental space to explore what's going on for you, at your own pace. My background in high-pressure organisations gives me a grounded understanding of what it's like to navigate life whilst feeling unheard — and shapes the empathetic, consistent approach I bring to the therapy room.

My first session
The initial session is a 15-minute session for you to ask me questions and explain what you are looking for. This session is free of charge. If there is agreement to work together ill ask you to complete a simple contract agreeing on how we will work together.
