I’m a psychotherapist specialising in relationships, working with individuals and couples. 

I offer a safe and confidential space where we can explore what feels difficult to hold or navigate on your own. I believe that the relationships we build - whether with ourselves or with a significant other - profoundly influence the way we experience life and understand who we are. 

My practice is grounded in contemporary psychoanalytic thinking, with specialist training at Tavistock Relationships in London, a leading centre for the study of intimate relationships and couple psychotherapy.

My experience in the arts, particularly through educational projects and work in hospital settings, also informs the way I listen. It has deepened my awareness of how personal histories, culture, and identity shape each person’s experience of themselves and their relationships.

Sessions are weekly and last 50 minutes. My fees are £60 for individuals and £90 for couples. Some reduced-fee places are available upon agreement.

The therapeutic relationship is central to my work, and I offer an introductory session as an opportunity for us to meet and consider whether working together feels like the right fit.
